SHIPPING POLICY:

In order to lessen our environmental impact / over producing - Some of our items are made to order and take up to 5 weeks to ship. Items that are not made to order will be shipped within 3-5 business days.

If you have received an order confirmation notification, BOFJ is unable to make any changes to your order.

If you have received a shipping notification, BOFJ is unable to make any changes to your order.

BOFJ is not responsible for any delays and/or damage caused in-transit by the delivery service or customs agencies.

BOFJ does not cover international duties / charges. Only shipping is included in our website fees.

All U.S. orders are trackable via UPS or USPS Mail.

Our made to order items are expected to ship in up to 2-5 weeks. Production delays may prolong that. All sales are still final.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

To preserve the integrity of your garment, we recommend a gentle hand wash. If machine washing, wash seperately on a delicate cycle. Tumble dry or lay flat to air dry.

TRACKING:

Tracking numbers are issued via email upon the release of your item. once the item is in transit, you should check with the courier directly with any further enquiries regarding the shipment.
